Hania’s Story – ESOL classes

Hania has been attending ESOL classes for a few years, and when she arrived, she spoke little English. Within six months, she felt confident enough to go to the GP, the shops and anywhere else by herself and speak to people.

I’m Hania I’m from Morocco,my first language is Arabic the second is French,I was a house wife around thirty years I never study English.

When I came to the UK  with my daughters two years ago, I was very upset because I couldn’t neither speak nor understood English, but all my life was change when I meet some friends from Iraq. They were live before me in the same house when I live now, I got to know them, and they advice me that if I need any administrative paper, I must go to RMC.

Thanks Judy without you I can’t write these letter

Before I didn’t know what to do I was new in this city I wasn’t know no one to help me but when I went to the RMC I was very happy, I feel like I am in my one home because the sttaf  greeted me warmly keep smiling  helpful and friendly.
