Senior Administrator/Executive Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator/Executive Assistant to join a forward-thinking and vibrant regional charity, which delivers broad support to refugees and migrants across the Black Country and Birmingham.

Salary scale: £24-26k (depending on skills and experience)

Location: Birmingham and/or Wolverhampton

Contract: 2 years

Hours: 35 hours per week

Responsible for:  Co-ordinating admin staff in all sites

Probation period: 6 months

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Administrator/Executive Assistant who is able to manage and coordinate a busy environment with several sites, in relation to administrative duties, as well as providing high-quality support to the senior management team.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of IT and Office Management. The post holder must be able to plan and prioritise a varied workload, exercising appropriate judgement and responding promptly and appropriately to all enquiries.  The post holder will be required to handle information of a confidential nature and must observe the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.  They will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally with Senior Management, staff and external stakeholders.

Trustee Vacancies

RMC is seeking to appoint experienced people to join our Board of Trustees.

For these non-remunerated, voluntary roles we would ask that you dedicate time to attend 7-8 board meetings annually. The ideal candidates would understand charity boards and governance and be sympathetic to our ethos and values. 

The key officers’ roles within the board are currently filled but vacancies for these roles may arise in the future.
