We currently have the following vacancy based in our Walsall office
Black Country Futures / Bridges Employment Coach
£19,939
35 hours a week
Fixed term until 31 March 2022
This role is part funded through the Building Better Opportunities project by the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund.
RMC will be delivering on a National Lottery Community Fund project called Black Country Futures. As part of this project, RMC will be helping refugees and asylum seekers improve their employability skills and support them in accessing employment and/or education and training opportunities.
The successful candidate will also work on RMC’s Bridges programme 7 hours a week; supporting clients aged 25 and above with job searches etc.
The post holder will play a key role in the project by helping participants on the programme to improve their chances to access work, education or training. The Employment Coach will guide and encourage participants to develop their confidence and employability skills, while offering appropriate information, advice, guidance and expertise to help them overcome barriers into employment and/or education and training.

Trustee Vacancies
RMC is seeking to appoint experienced people to join our Board of Trustees.
For these non-remunerated, voluntary roles we would ask that you dedicate time to attend 7-8 board meetings annually. The ideal candidates would understand charity boards and governance and be sympathetic to our ethos and values.
The key officers’ roles within the board are currently filled but vacancies for these roles may arise in the future.
