EU Settlement

RMC provide free regulated advice and representation to EEA nationals and their family members in their applications under the EU Settlement Scheme as well as applications for family permits for family members wishing to join EEA nationals in the UK.

We can support your application from start to finish through trained and qualified advisors.

Support for complex cases nation wide

We are one of the Home Office-funded organisations, approved to support people with vulnerabilities with more complex cases.

What help is available?

Our expert team can take on applications for people with vulnerabilities (such as people experiencing homelessness, domestic abuse, care leavers, elderly etc) that are classed as complex. This may be due to them being late applications, there not being documents to use as evidence or a host of other reasons.

If you think your case is complex, get in touch with our team.

How to get support

You can get support through our usual drop service within our centres, or remotely anywhere across the country. If you would like to access remote support please send us an email to euss@rmcentre.org.uk or call our phone line 0800 0663 444 for more information.
