Each year, the Mental Health Foundation organises Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK, assigning a central theme to encourage discussion and action. For 2025, the focus is on ‘Community’ and how it can instil a sense of belonging that can support mental health and help us live more fulfilling lives.

RMC’s first Iftar event

On Friday, 21 March 2025, the Refugee and Migrant Centre (RMC) brought the community
to life with an Iftar and Networking Evening where colleagues, partners, and community members came together to share a meal, build meaningful connections, and celebrate the essence of Ramadan through togetherness and care.
