RMC runs several Resettlement and Integration Programmes across all our bases which include a variety of packages of support to settle, integrate and build a new life in the UK. Each package is designed to provide the level of support required for the new arrivals and delivered by our specialist team.
Types of resettlement scheme
Ukraine Support Projects
Launched in 2022, RMC delivers support in several areas to provide support to newly arriving Ukrainians.
Launched in 2021, RMC is responsible for housing and resettling Afghans that worked with the British government in Afghanistan who were at risk after fall of Kabul in 2021.
Launched in 2022, the newest form of resettlement project takes over from the original with an expanded remit to resettle people from a much wider area.
Launched in 2014, the Syrian project was the first of the Resettlement programmes which aimed to resettle 20,000 Syrians over 5 years.
Safe and legal routes
Providing vital integration support to build community engagement and cohesion.
When resettlement routes become available, they are the safest way for people to find security.Â
By providing support throughout the integration process, new arrivals are able to settle and build lives quicker and are able to become active members of the community.
RMC is on hand to ensure the barriers to peoples integration are removed.
