Wolverhampton Wider Determinents of Health impact report

Our report showcases the impact the project had on the approximately 3,000 beneficiaries that were supported as part of it. With around 4,000 interventions taking place.

The project

The Wolverhampton Wider Determinants of Health (WDH) project was led by RMC in partnership with Age UK, Aspiring Futures and Good Shepherd. The project supported beneficiaries to address socioeconomic needs that can lead to poorer physical and mental health outcomes.

Impact

The project supported around 3,000 people and had very good feedback from those it helped. Some of it’s key impacts included improving the mental wellbeing over 76% of individuals that were supported and 80% reporting that their situations had improved.
