On Monday 30th March, RMC hosted the Festival of Unity, bringing the Walsall community together for a day full of laughter, creativity and shared moments. Families, friends and neighbours came together to celebrate community, creativity and connection across the town.
New Good Character Guidance – who is affected and how?
On the 10th February 2025, the guidance around a ‘person of good character’ changed. It has been labelled a ‘ban on citizenship’ for many people by media outlets, charities and unions.

25 years of RMC
In December 2024, RMC marked its 25th year with a celebration event. Since 1999, the organisation has been supporting new arrivals and has grown from a small team of volunteers, to what it is today.
