- Assisting with making the right application for benefits and ensuring that the correct level of entitlements is paid to applicants. Examples, Universal Credit, Child benefits, Housing benefits, Working and child tax credits, Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA), Pension Credit, Income Support, Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Personal Independence Payment, Disability Living Allowance for children, Attendance Allowance etc. Â
