Corporate Partnerships
Our vision is to create a society where newcomers feel welcome, valued and lead dignified lives. Our partners make this possible.
Building communities together
Social value is at the heart of RMC’s work. For us, social value is about creating lasting positive change in communities, ensuring that our work benefits not just individuals but the wider society. We believe in equal opportunities, upskilling, and supporting successfully integrated, vibrant communities. We are also committed to operating responsibly and sustainably, ensuring that our impact benefits both people and the wider environment.
By partnering with organisations, we can extend our reach and impact in ways that would not be possible alone. Corporate partners provide vital resources, skills, and expertise that help us support more in real need.
What corporate partnerships look like
Partnering with RMC creates meaningful opportunities for staff engagement while supporting people rebuilding their lives in the UK. By doing this, we help organisations meet their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals
Based in the West Midlands, we work closely with businesses that share our values of empowerment, inclusion, collaboration and quality. We can create flexible partnerships designed around your organisation’s priorities.
Corporate partners can support our work in a variety of ways, including short-term and skills-based volunteering, staff fundraising, donations of items and resources (such as laptops and equipment), pro bono expertise, and access to free training workshops and learning opportunities for employees.
Together, we can create partnerships that deliver real social value for communities.
